Shipping Information
We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If one or more items in your order is not in stock, we will notify you of such by email. So please be sure to check your email for order updates.
Delivery Address
Our primary shipper is UPS. UPS does not delivery to post office boxes.
UPS requires a complete and valid address. Be sure to enter your address correctly. Invalid street numbers, mispelled street names, zip codes that do not match street location are considered invalid and may delay your order.
$9.95 Shipping
What a deal this is! We are currently offering a low flat rate shipping of $9.95. When checking out, choose the lowest priced shipping-method from the shipping drop-down list.

Out of Stock Items and Special Order Items
If we are out of an item you ordered, your order is in a back-order status. We will notify you of such by email.
If you ordered multiple items and part of your order is not in stock, then we will hold your order until everything can be shipped together. If you would rather have each item shipped as it becomes available, we will do that as well. You can indicate your preference during checkout.
Special order items include items that we do not normally stock and also items that must be made for you. These items are shipped as soon as they become available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are intended to cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and transport your order. In general, our rates are based on the weight of the order, the size of the packaging required to safely transport your order and your shipping address. There are many methods used to compute shipping cost. Because of this, we occasionally offer alternative shipping as a means to discover its benefits to you and us.
Shipping Damages
Sometimes it happens. And when it does, we want to be ready to correct the problem. First, you must save all packing materials including crates and boxes.
If your delivery is a UPS delivery, unless you specifically ask us to require a signature upon delivery, your order will be delivered and placed near your door. Upon opening your order, inspect the items and if damage is found, contact us within 24 hours of receipt for further instructions. UPS will notify us of the delivery date and time.
If your delivery is furniture or large items that are delivered via our truck delivery or white glove delivery service, you will be required to sign for the delivery. BEFORE you sign, it is important that you thoroughly inspect your shipment for damage. If damage is found, you must note it on the shipping document. A damage claim is valid only when appropriate notes have been made on the shipping document.
Transit & Delivery Times
Delivery/shipping time begins when an order leaves our facility and ends when it is delivered. UPS is very good at meeting the delivery times shown on this U.S. map.
Sometimes the process of delivery is delayed. The primary reason a delay occurs is for an invalid address.

Delivery Types
Small items ship by small package carrier. Our designated small package carrier is UPS. At our discretion, we may ship your order via the US Postal Service. Items that are too large for UPS such as furniture and large chandeliers ship on a large truck.
We offer two truck delivery services; Standard Truck Delivery, and White Glove Truck Delivery. Each are described below.
Standard Truck Delivery
Standard truck deliveries are curbside only. The driver of the truck will deliver to the curb only. For this reason it is a good idea for you to recruit the help of a neighbor or a family member to help carry the item from the curb into your home. For additional delivery service, see White Glove Truck Delivery in the next section.
White Glove Truck Delivery
For furniture shipments, we offer white glove delivery. White glove delivery is a premium service which includes carrying the furniture into your home. As long as the truck is able to drive into your neighborhood, the service includes unpacking and setting up. Additionally, your furniture is fully insured. The cost is higher than our standard truck delivery, but when you're moving large heavy furniture, it is really a small price to pay.
International Shipping
We no longer ship out of the United States. The cost to ship abroad is very high. With that said, we sometime will make an exception. We recently shipped an order to Norway. The shipment cost was very high, but our Norwegian customer really wanted our Shaker Peg Rails. We are flattered to say the least. Thank you Josephine! |
