Paint & Finishing Project Scheduling
1) Shipping Schedule: We strive to maintain a large inventory of paint, glaze, whitewash, crackle, graining liquid, etc. If the paint you ordered is in stock we will ship it within 48 hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and weekends).
2) Out of Stock Items: If we are sold out of an item that you ordered but are expecting a new shipment from the manufacturer to arrive within 14 days, we will ship your order as soon as our new stock arrives. If the expected date of arrival is more than 14 days from the time you placed your order, we will notify you by EMAIL.
3) Your Project May Be Impacted: Please use the 'comment space' located at the bottom of the checkout screen to let us know if either of the following applies to you:
- I have started my project and need more of your paint products to finish the job.
- I am planning to begin my project within the next 14 days.
By knowing your project status, we can alert you in the event that we are sold out of one or more of the items you ordered.
