Policies (Terms & Conditions)

We reserve the right to add, delete, and modify our policies (Terms and Conditions) at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions each time you visit our web site.

Sales Tax (Ohio Residents Only)

The collection of sales tax is required for sales and shipments to addresses located in the state of Ohio.

The sales tax requirement varies from county to county. Therefore, an adjustment may be made after the order is received to account for the adjustment.


Out-of-Stock Items

Sometimes, we are out-of-stock of one or more items. If we expect shipping time to be more than 14 business days we will contact you via e-mail.

To keep shipping & handling costs as low as possible we will hold your order until the entire order can be shipped together, at once. If your order contains one or more out-of-stock items we will notify you via e-mail. At your request we will break the order into multiple shipments. Multiple shipments shall incur additional shipping & handling charges.


Payment Methods

Acceptable forms of payment for online orders are U.S. Postal Checks, checks drawn on U.S. banks, and credit card. Currently accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.

Orders paid by check are held until the check clears the bank.

Non-Sufficient Funds Fee:The fee for insufficient funds is $40.00. Our bank charges us a fee for insufficient funds (bad/bounced checks). In the event that your check does not clear the bank, you are accountable for all associated insufficient fund fees. Please be certain that your account will cover the amount of your check before you write it.


Pricing

We strive to maintain accurate prices within our online store. Seldom is there a difference between our online price and the actual price. However, should a discrepancy arise, we will notify you via e-mail and give you the option of keeping or canceling the order.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing, sale prices, and free shipping displayed throughout the web site are restricted to online orders only.

Returns & Associated Information

If you have a problem with an item that is ordered from us, please let us know about it. We will do everything possible within reason to make it right for you.

If you would like to return an item for credit, refund, or exchange, PLEASE CONTACT US for proper shipping instructions. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.

Purchased Merchandise May be Returned or Exchanged If

  • It is unopened, unused, undamaged, and not tainted AND
  • It is returned within fourteen (14) days from the item(s) shipment date AND
  • It is accompanied by the original sales receipt AND
  • It was not special ordered, specially made, or customized

Products that cannot be Returned are:

  • Consumable Products - Food related
  • Pewter by Old World Pewter
  • Paint, Glazing, Crackle, Wax, etc.
  • Media - Books, Magazines, CDs, Paint Samples, Etc.
  • Special Ordered Products - Items not in stock that must be special ordered for you from the manufacturer.
  • Sale items purchased via a sale, coupon discount, promotion, etc.
  • Custom made/painted/finished products including rugs and furniture.
  • Holiday and Seasonal Items

Shipping Cost

Shipping & handling Costs are non-refundable and include ALL charges that we incur to ship your order. In the event of returns to us including your refusal to accept a shipped package, and non-deliverable addresses, all shipping costs pertaining to the return will be charged to your account.

NOTE: The actual shipping cost for returns to us and re-shipments to you may be higher than what we indicate on your invoice and are the customer's responsibility.

As an example, sometimes we invoice you for actual charges. And sometimes we use a single rate shipping charge such as "all orders under $99 ship for $9.95. In this case, the actual shipping charge is almost always higher than $9.95. If you would like to return part or all of an order or if you would like to refuse shipment, please contact us to enquire about the actual shipping cost that will be charged back to you.

Special Orders

Special order items are those items for which we do not currently have in stock and must be obtained from our supplier to fullfill your order.

Cancellation of a special order is allowable within 72 hours from the time the order was placed and must be confirmed by email.

Restocking Fees

Seldom is there a restocking fee. However, due to the nature of some products, a restocking fee may be necessary. The restocking fee varies from 5% to 25%. Please contact us for additional information regarding our restocking fees.

We use security encryption technology to enable safe & secure online purchasing.


Shipping

We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. Typically, orders ship within 24 hours from the time the order is received.

Please contact us with special shipping requirements such as P.O. Boxes, Overnight Delivery, etc. We will accommodate your needs the best way possible.

Additional Charges: Please ensure that the shipping address that you provide to us is completely accurate. UPS imposes an additional fee for address corrections. The address correction fee for the USA is $6.00. Please contact us for non-USA address correction fee.

Shipping FREE Promotions

Free shipping promotions carry the following rules.

  • Applies to Continental U.S. shipments only. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
  • Applies only for standard ground shipping.
  • Some items are excluded from free shipping offer (In stock items and items not already discounted only please).
  • Entire order must be shipped together and to a single address only.
  • Customer is responsible for all returned item shipping costs. Please see additonal information regarding returns.
  • If all or part of the order is returned, bringing the order total below the minimum order amount required to qualify for free shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the returned item.
